Quentin Travers

Leader of he Watchers Council Quentin Travers appears many times in Buffy as a source of information as well as an interrogating and imposing figure. Quentin also sets up the Slayer trails every slayer has to go through if they reach the age of 18. Quentin dies in the attempted assassination of all the watchers council members by Caleb.
