The Watchers
Each Slayer
has a watcher, for the watchers prepare and train each slayer for the world she is to face. Like slayers it is a calling and
are usually told from an early age of the occupation they are to face. There is also a Watcher’s Council where each
watcher is trained and is the centre where watchers, potential watchers and the slayer are kept in touch.

Although
now deceased, she was the first ‘Giles’ to become a Watcher and has had a run in with Spike when Spike was a new
vampire, about 100.

Watcher. Not a lot is known about Sam Zabuto only that he is a highly respected watcher based in a Caribbean Island that strongly
believes in tradition and taught Kendra that emotions, friends, family and a personal life only acts as a distraction and
that dicipline, obedience and studying is the key to a good slayer. It is also known that he has the ability to sense
when dark powers are rising around the world.

Faith’s First Watcher
Not much
is known about this watcher either, only that she is female and was killed by the evil vampire Kakistos if front of Faith,
scaring her so much she fled to LA.
