Gwendolyn Post

Gwendolyn Post is a young and traditional watcher supposedly sent to Sunnydale to replace Faith’s Dead Watcher. She constantly undermines Giles methods and acts very ‘English’ towards him calling him ‘too American’. She also showers Faith with attention and praise, constantly telling her that she is better than Buffy. She then lets Faith down when it is discovered that she is evil and was kicked out of the Watchers Council for illegal uses of the dark arts and was only using Faith as a way to get to the Glove of Myhnegon. Gwendolyn Post was killed when Buffy cut of her hand, and the attached glove and the power of the glove eviscerated her.
